Monday: Tuna Casserole, corn, pineapple, milk.
Tuesday: Taco Lasagna, homemade cornbread, veggie, milk.
Wednesday: BBQ with family for 4th of July celebration.
Thursday: Soup, grilled cheese sandwhiches, milk.
Friday: Pollock fish, homemade cole slaw, hush puppies, milk.
This is a Tuna Casserole recipe from hubby’s mom. She made it when we were up visiting her and it was so good. The kids love it to so I emailed her for the recipe. It is cheap,quick and easy so I thought I would share it.
Recipe for the Tuna Casserole is:
1 box of macaroni and cheese (make as directed on box)
1 can of tuna drained
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 can of milk (measure with soup can)
small onion chopped fine
Put tuna, chicken soup, milk and onion in casserole dish and stir to mix, add prepared macaroni and cheese and stir to incorporate everything. Crush some potato chips over the top and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
